Job Description:

The HR & Support Manager is responsible for managing the human resources and support operations of the company, ensuring that our workforce is efficient, compliant, and well-supported to facilitate the delivery of outstanding and environmentally conscious products.

Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.

• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through conflict resolution, handling employee grievances, and promoting a culture of feedback.

• Training and Development: Develop and execute training programs for employees to equip them with necessary skills and knowledge.

• Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

• Benefits and Compensation: Work closely with the CFO to develop competitive compensation packages and benefit programs.

• Legal Compliance: Ensure that the company's HR policies and procedures are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Support Services: Manage the internal support teams, ensuring they effectively address the needs and concerns of the staff.

• Employee Engagement: Organize events, team-building activities, and other initiatives to boost morale and cohesion.

• HR Metrics and Analytics: Use data-driven insights to improve HR processes and contribute to strategic decision-making.

• Diversity and Inclusion: Promote and cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in industries emphasizing sustainability and innovation.

• Knowledge of labor laws, benefits administration, and talent acquisition best practices.

• Proficiency in HR software and tools.

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Effective communication and leadership qualities.
