2025
So far in 2025 we have produced and delivered several Sanctuary homes and we are just getting started! Stay tuned.
2024
In 2024, Modular became our flagship product. We proved it could be more than just a niche tourism home by introducing new sizes, such as the 142 sqm Sanctuary and the 95 sqm Serenity—both of which quickly became our most sought-after options. In short, in 2024 Modular became the definitive family passive home.
2023
In 2023 we introduced Modular for the first time. It solved 3 big issues of our past homes. It was much faster to produce, much more consistent quality (through complete in-house prefabrication) and it could be tested and certified at the Passivhaus standard to guarantee the highest standard of construction in the world.
2022
In 2022, we finished some of the final homes from our previous catalogue—with straw insulation. These older homes had a 1–2 year production times and could only be delivered semi-turnkey. Compared to our old designs, Modular has raised the bar by streamlining production, being Passivhaus certified all while being the full turnkey package.
2021
2018 - 2020
Between 2018 and 2020 we finished up SOL Residence - The world’s first passive house street, built with straw insulation in the ultra-urban Cluj-Napoca metropolitan area.
2015 - 2017
Between 2015 and 2017 we started building and finished RIA - The world’s most efficient prefab home. It was subsequently certified by Passivhaus and added to their database with it’s ground-breaking energy rating of 2kWh/m2/yr
